Incompatibility with AE2 Spatial Pylon textures

What happened?
Spatial pylons have a connected texture in AE2. When either connected or disconnected, the blocks do not display the correct texture. This bug is reproducible with Rubidium and Oculus on but not with Rubidium only. Tested on two different machines.
