What happened?

After extensive troubleshooting, I have successfully located the cause of "$$13 is null" crash, which is the aurora from Dynamic Surroundings.

To reproduce: enter a biome (often boreal) with the aurora from Dynamic Surroundings
To solve: disable aurora from Dynamic Surroundings in the config
