Massive Log Spam + Lag

What happened?
Whenever I look in certain directions, I get a massive drop in fps, sometimes as drastic as 120 to 30, with an enormous amount of log spam of: "[Render thread/WARN]: The in declaration 'NdotLight' in the FRAGMENT shader that is never assigned to in the previous stage VERTEX has been compatibility-patched by adding an initialization for it. See debugging.md for more information."
This only occurs when I have shaders enabled.
