Transparent things cause water to become invisible when using a shader

What happened?

When using a shader and looking through something transparent like a scope or tainted glass, water behind it becomes invisible.

I first thought that it is an issue with a resource pack I use, but that dev said that it's a shader issue, so I reported it to my shader. That dev said that it is a Sodium/Embeddium issue, so I reported it there, and the embeddium dev said that it's an oculus/iris issue

Here is the embeddium issue in case it helps: embeddedt/embeddium#235

Even the "Translucent face sorting" setting doesn't fix it.
