[1.18.2] Oculus not Compatible with Distant Horizons 2.3.0

What happened?
The Oculus versions on 1.18.2 are not compatible with the new Distant Horizons as Distant Horizons needs 1.8.0 or above (I used 1.2.5a as any higher would just crash me out)

Prior to the version bump, in the current state, Oculus has no DH support whatsoever. You can load the mod by manually editing the mods.toml file and raise the version to 1.8.0, however it obviously won't be functional.
The branches for the older versions aren't very alive... someone did port the initial functional in #598 but it never got merged. That fork does (kinda) work if you also raise it's version to 1.8.0.
In summary, likely won't be a fix until someone backports all the changes themselves.
