What happened?
blocks like chests and other blocks have become invisible. and when exploring the world black dots show up on screen. I've experimented with different shaders but it seams its a problem with oculus.

You need to disable Flywheel client shader in config.
The file is flywheel-client.toml, and then just put backend = "OFF"

There's actually an easier way, just type /flywheel backend off

Hi I was having the same problem and these solutions kinda fixed it but I feel it should still be addressed as when you turn the backend off this happens.
Didn't notice that, thank you for pointing it out. Anyway, I disabled shaders for now since there are other little stuff that look weird (specially Mahou effects)
