(Sug) Arcana pet eggs should be named "egg" not "spawner"

Right now, the eggs are named stuff like "Fyracryx Spawner". Should they be called "Fyracryx Egg" or similar? I think that "spawner" is either too technical or sounds like a monster spawner.
