(Sug/enh) Seeds should be moved from "utility" creative tab to "herbalism"

Right now, the seeds are in "utility" with portal lighters, rails, and keys and all that, but I think that they belong in "herbalism" since seeds and plants are what herbalism is all about. Most of the resulting plant products of said seeds are in herbalism already anyway.
