In 1.7 FML automatically injects .lang files. LangRegistry no longer needed. As I can see LangRegistry only generating useless en_US.lang in .minecraft folder. Maybe it does something useful? If so, say what it does. If it really needed for you guys just close this issue. I'll make a PR to kill it.
