Describe the bug
Mages shoot through walls/blocks. They can also see through walls.

To reproduce
Meet any magicians from dimensions and stand behind any obstacle.

Expected behavior
A magician is not expected to shoot through obstacles.

Additional context
In addition, the projectile has no effects, unlike previous versions of the mod for the game version 1.7.10 or 1.12.2. But on previous versions of the mod, mages could see through walls, but projectiles hit blocks
