Densos Crystal spawns Reyvor instead of Densos boss

I have tried spawning Densos with Densos crystal a lot (in creative and survival modes) and instead of spawning Densos Reyvor was spawning at a 100% rate. Thus, it is impossible to get the halite chestplate.
Minecraft version 1.20.
Forge 46.0.14
