Suggestion: Increase Tar lake generation in Overworld

In spectator mode,I flew an hour to find a tar lake.In the end of this hour I found nothing.

Hi! Tar lakes do infact spawn in all dry biomes. I will mark this issue down as a suggestion to increase the tar lake generation rate.
