Hi, i want to change my skin in my offline game. But how?

Where do i put the PNG file? Do i need to make a skin server? When yes, google doesnt give a answer how to do that. I seen that you wrote its a bit easy. Then how?

I dont see a guide on how to make the mod working. Can you please make one for people that doesnt has so much tech know how?
