[Fabric] Baby Villager with Weakness effect cannot be converted to Pumpkin Warden when rightclicked with Carved Pumpkin.

Mod version tested: Fabric 2.3.2 & 2.3.6
Description:
After Baby villager is given weakness effect, and carved pumpkin is rightclicked upon, the baby villager is not converted into pumpkin warden, despite it should be.
First discovered in custom fabric modpack (with 2.3.2), and then tested in a separate profile with pure OTBWG 2.3.6 (and dependencies).
Both of them didn't work.
