Hi! I noticed that a part of the Lush Grass Block texture is missing. It only has the top part but the bottom dirt part is not showing up. I thought it might be one of my texture packs causing this issue but I turned all of them off and it still looks like this (attached screenshot)

Thanks for pointing this out, I dropped a hot fix as 2.3.10 that should be showing up on the download platforms rn
