yes it is, unfortun the vines in mc are jsut rendered weird so they're always a bit bright

I mean the willow leaves do have a very dark texture compared to something like the oak leaves. (Which vines look fine on the vanilla leaves)
OTBWG does tinting in a very weird way where some textures are fullied colored and then they get tinted by the biome's foliage color on-top of the texture's base color. most leaf models (which you would expect to be tinted) don't even have tinting which I find quite weird
This is what causes some of the OTBWG leaf textures to have oddly dark textures.
