36MB is a lot for a mod, overworld is quite nice, but nether needs some change.
Thats why I asking, bc I think a lot of people doesnt want have +100 biomes in overworld size of 300x300, but I think everybody will agree nether needs a mod adding light biomes (normally looking).
Better Nether overly complicates nether biomes.
I think nether biomes from this mod looks nice, but file size is giant.

If yes, Can I add it into already existing world that has Incedium?

Currently only planned for 1.21.1 and above maybe a back port but we are unsure yet
