Glowcane Shoots can be dug up by Sniffers when not in the Pale Bog, when the wiki states Glowcane Shoots can ONLY be dug up by Sniffers in the Pale Bog. is this a bug? :P

This is incorrect, also the wiki is not made by us and often times not correct
