Sniffer dig all of Biomes We Gone plants in one time

Hello!
Sniffer loot from Biomes We Gone drops wrongly.
Somehow sniffer (when digging some loot) also digging ALL of diggable loot from Biomes We Gone.
For example, on screen there are two "dig" process that gives me one drop per dig (from another mod & vanilla) and also all of diggable plants form Biomes We Gone.
Looks like sniffer gives extra loot from digging and I think that should be working as vanilla mechanics, when sniffer dig only one loot at a time
We found the issue is with the way Global Loot modifers work, still debating on how to handle it
