What happened?

On singleplayer there is no problem,but in a Aternos server i have leaves start decaying instanly as the chunk loads and trees spawn without leaves,and have biomes completely without leaves only logs.The problem only happens in the server in a singleplayer world everything is fine.

I found the problem its a bug with a mod called "Cluttered" i dont know why but it makes the leaves disappear,hope that it can be fixed somehow.
