Mod conflict? If so, please clarify which mod is conflicting!
no, it's not a mod conflict. I tested by it's own.

Describe the bug
Bonemealing Grass, Meadow Grass, Glowcelium, Overgrown Stone, Overgrown Dacite and Overgrown Netherrack to get flowers and plants is not biome dependent.
To Reproduce
- Go to any BYG biome;
- Bonemeal Grass Blocks of this biome;
Expected behavior
The flowers and plants produced being consistent with the biome I am.
Actual behavior
- Grass Blocks and Glowcelium always generate either Dandelions and Poppies, alongside Grass and Tall Grass. Note that Short Grass won't generate as well;
- Overgrown Stone and Overgrown Dacite always generate Grass and Short Grass;
- Meadow Grass Blocks alway generate Roses, Pink Tulips, Magenta Tulips, Cyan Tulips, White Anemones, Pink Anemones and Flower Patches, alongiside Grass and Short Grass;
- Overgrown Netherrack always generates Nether Sprouts, Death Caps and Soul Shrooms;
Screenshots/Videos
none for now
Additional context
This is inconsistent with Vanilla Minecraft, wich generates flowers according to the biome where you are (Blue Orchids in Swamps, Alliums in Flower Forests, etc.). In case of biomes wich don't have proper flowers it's okay. But allmost of BYG biomes have their proper flowers and plants, wich is what makes it inconsistent.
Also, this is somewhat unrelated, but:
- Bonemealing Overgrown Crimson Blackstone don't generates Tall Embur Roots;
- You can bonemeal Mycelium Netherrack, wich generates Soul Shrooms and Death Caps. This may be intentional, but it's inconsistent with overworld Mycelium, wich can't be bonemealed;
- Bonemealing any of the End nylium-like blocks does nothing.
