Both BYG and Terrestria add Black Sand, but only BYG adds Black Sandstone. It should be possible to craft Black Sandstone using Black Sand from either mod.

Terrestria 2.2.0 adds its Black Sand to the c:black_sand block and item tag. BYG should add its black sand to this tag as well, and then update its Black Sandstone recipe to use the c:black_sand tag in place of byg:black_sand.
