Describe the bug
When the player sneaks on top of sythian scaffolding...

• The player slides as if on ice when they move and then stop moving.
• If they are not inside of another sythian scaffolding block, such as on the top of a collumn, they do not descend the scaffolding until they stop holding shift, after which they descend one block.
• If they are inside of another sythian scaffolding block, such as after descending one block in the above scenario, they do not descend the scaffolding at all.

To Reproduce

• Place a collumn of sythian scaffolding.
• Stand on top of it, sneak, and hold any combination of movement keys, and then stop holding them. Note how the player slides after the movement keys are no longer being held.
• Stop sneaking. Note how the player descends one block.
• Repeat step two to confirm that the sliding is still present.
• Start and stop sneaking as many times as you please. Note how the player does not descend any further.

Expected behavior

• If sythian scaffolding is intended to function identically to vanilla scaffolding, then the player would descend it as they do vanilla scaffolding when sneaking.
• If sythian scaffolding is not supposed to be able to be descended by design, then the player would not descend a block when they stop sneaking while on the top of the scaffolding.
• Either way, the player would not slide as if on ice when sneaking on sythian scaffolding.
