Overgrown crimson blackstone is not renewable, so obtaining large quantities of it requires destroying crimson gardens biomes. Also, having things be renewable is nice in general, and for skyblock play as well.
In addition, netherrack doesn't turn into crimson nylium when bone meal is used on it while it is next to overgrown crimson blackstone, when it does when it is next to crimson nylium.
Describe the solution you'd like
Using bone meal on vanilla blackstone that is next to vanilla crimson nylium or BYG overgrown crimson blackstone should turn it into overgrown crimson blackstone. This mirrors the behaviour of vanilla nylium and netherrack.
Also, for completeness, bonemealing vanilla netherrack that is next to BYG overgrown crimson blackstone should turn it into crimson nylium.
Additional context
Both of these desired features work off of the logic that the nylium is the same plant structure on both crimson nylium and overgrown crimson blackstone, just rooted on different blocks.
