Describe the bug
Using bone meal on vermillion sculk creates green particles, plays the use item hand animation, and produces green particles, but nothing actually happens in the way of blocks growing or being created.

To Reproduce

• Use bone meal on vermillion sculk, and observe the above behaviour.

Expected behavior
Depends on the decision on #400: using bone meal on vermillion sculk should either grow vermillion sculk tendrils and growths on nearby vermillion sculk blocks, or should be impossible.
