Describe the bug
Using bone meal on ether phylium creates green particles, plays the use item hand animation, and produces green particles, but nothing actually happens in the way of blocks growing or being created.

To Reproduce

• Use bone meal on ether phylium, and observe the above behaviour.

Expected behavior
Using bone meal on ether phylium should create ether grass, tall ether grass and thereal bellflowers on surrounding ether phylium blocks, matching behaviour for vanilla grass and nyliums.
