Describe the bug
Using bone meal on bulbis phycelium creates green particles, plays the use item hand animation, and produces green particles, but nothing actually happens in the way of blocks growing or being created.

To Reproduce

• Use bone meal on bulbis phycelium, and observe the above behaviour.

Expected behavior
Using bone meal on bulbis phycelium should create bulbis sprouts and, rarely, bulbis anomalies on surrounding bulbis phycelium blocks, matching behaviour for vanilla grass and nyliums. This would also make both of those blocks renewable.

Also applies to ivis, shulkren & nightshade phyliums, which all consume bone meal without growing any of their respective plants.
