Describe the solution you'd like
Frost magma currently has no interactions with water that I'm aware of, it may be a nice enhancement to freeze water into ice on contact with the block

Describe alternatives you've considered
There may be other interactions that it could have with water, such as providing a "stasis" field that keeps entities at the same depth, or alternatively have it freeze the surface of water above it, allowing permanent ice lakes in any biome
