Dacite podzol can die when a block is placed above it

Describe the bug
Dacite podzol can die when a block is placed above it, turning into dacite.

To Reproduce

Build a collumn of minecraft:podzol and one of byg:podzol_dacite, as in the picture below.
Observe over a span of time. /gamerule randomTickSpeed 999 can be used to speed this up.

Expected behavior
Dacite podzol would never die when a block is placed above it, to match the behaviour of vanilla podzol.
