Describe the bug
Glowcane blocks are not considered solid blocks. This affects various technical behaviours such as redstone conductivity, mobs suffocating, etc. that are listed on the Minecraft wiki.

To Reproduce

• Reproduce the redstone contraption in the image below with any/all of the glowcane blocks. The dust will never turn on.

Expected behavior
Fully opaque, light-producing blocks in vanilla Minecraft are inconsistent: some, like glowstone, are non-solid, while others, like the shroomlight, are. I would ask you to consider whether they should behave like the former or the latter, and either leave them as they are, or make them solid.
