What happened?

Bamboo cannot be planted on

byg:overgrown_dacite and byg:overgrown_netherrack when it can be planted on minecraft:grass_block and byg:overgrown_stone
byg:podzol_dacite when it can be planted on minecraft:podzol
byg:mycelium_netherrack and byg:glowcelium_block when it can be planted on minecraft:mycelium
