[Bug]: Foxes can't be bred with BYG berries

What happened?
Foxes cannot be bred using blueberries, crimson berries or nightshade berries. One would expect them to be able to be bred with at least blueberries, if not all three.
In 1.17, the #minecraft:fox_food item tag exists that you can use to fix this.
