[Bug]: Animals wont spawn in BYG forest biomes

What happened?
When BYG is loaded on its own, vanilla animals wont spawn in BYG forest biomes. I can find animals spawning in biomes like the Guiana clearing, but in the Guiana shield animals wont spawn.
