What happened?
Downloaded the Modpack "Better Minecraft 1.18.2" for Forge.
In the beginning (a test world), everything worked just fine. I was wandering around, seeing alot of new biomes etc.
After around 2? days I started a new world and since then I am always in the normal "minecraft" biomes (mostly plains, the same forest and a beach here and there, nothing else).
What I tried:
- changing the "wheights" of regions in the configs (as someone else wrote here with a simliar problem)
- reload the mods
- then updated them all to the newest versions
- delete all the configs and let them generate again
There are still now new biomes.
Tried to find any biomes with the Natures Compass, sadly, no matter where I was (I teleported round the world) none of the modpacks biomes were found.
For whatever reason I sometimes have the "missing boat" bug as well, but that I can fix with deleting the "trades" config.
Other than that, the game starts without any problems.
I apologize in advance if I am overseeing something simple; but as I am relativly new to modding and bug fixing I would need a little help :)
Thank you!

Better Minecraft uses a lot of mccreator mods which are notoriously buggy and tend to break other mods (such as byg). Try tracking down and removing as many of those as you can, and seeing if that fixes the issue! A similar problem happened a while back and was fixed by removing a mod called Warden And Skulk or something along those lines.
Even just removing any mccreator mods that affect worldgen (such as adding biomes) should help, as those tend to be the worst offenders.
