What happened?

Not sure why, but the Pendorite sword has a missing pixel in every fabric version I've used, and I've never been able to determine why. Is it something I've done wrong

Nothing really went wrong, it's just a simple missing texture.

This is still not fixed in any of the other versions, which is okay, but I was wondering would there be a way I could implement a fix myself? It's not a big deal but I think it would be nice to polish this texture considering it's a valuable and sought after item.
