[Bug]: Foragers Table does not have a preferred tool and drops nothing

The foragers table block does not seem to drop itself when broken, and is slow to break with tools (doesn't seem to have a preferred tool currently).

I've partially fixed this in my pull requests, though the breaking speed still need fixing.
