[1.19.2][Bug]: Nether / End Biomes only generate soils blocks

What happened?
So i came across this bug that i can't seem to fix.
The generation of the BYG biomes simply don't load any modded blocks other then "soil" blocks. Floor blocks, if you may. In some generation, small "minecraft:" foliage will spawn, and in others it reverts back to vanilla generation. Other then the "soil" blocks.
Originally i assumed it was due to a mod conflict, but when i put it by itself (with the respective libraries) and the problem persists. I've looked through the config and have reset everything many times.
