Embur sprouts don't appear on screen when held

Describe the bug
MC-170930, the bug in which nether sprouts were not visible on the screen when held in the player's hand because their sprite was too low, applies to Embur sprouts. You'll have to move them up in their sprite like Mojang did for the nether sprouts to resolve this. This would also make Embur sprouts consistent with nether sprouts.
To Reproduce
- Hold Embur sprouts in your main hand. Note that they don't appear on the screen the way blocks or tools do, off to the side, giving the sense of perspective of holding them.
Expected behavior
Embur sprouts' sprite would be centered instead of at the bottom in order to make them visible on the screen when held, which is how MC-170930 was resolved.
