Describe the bug
Using bone meal on netherrack that is next to sythian nylium does not turn it into sythian nylium. Doing this still consumes the bonemeal and creates particles.

To Reproduce

• Place one block of netherrack next to one block of sythian nylium.
• Enter survival mode.
• Use bone meal on the netherrack. The bone meal is consumed and particles appear, but sythian nylium is not created.

Expected behavior
Using bone meal on netherrack that is next to sythian nylium would turn it into sythian nylium. If the netherrack block is next to crimson and/or warped nylium as well, it would have a random chance of turning into any of the adjacent nylium blocks, as per vanilla behaviour.
