Describe the bug
The following blocks have erroneous tags that could adversely affect mod compatibility by providing improper information about the blocks:

• Overgrown Crimson Blackstone and Overgrown Netherrack have c:dirt and c:netherrack despite being neither of those.
• Overgrown Netherrack and Mycelium Netherrack have minecraft:nylium despite being grass/mycelium and not nylium.
• Vermillion Sculk, Ivis Phylium, Nightshade Phylium, Shulkren Phylium and Bulbis Phycelium all have c:dirt despite not growing on dirt, but, rather, end stone.
• Sythian Nylium has c:stone despite growing on netherrack.

To Reproduce
Examine all of the above blocks with the F3 menu.

Expected behavior
Assuming that I am correct and that there aren't specific reasons for some or all of the above tags to be applied, they would not be applied to these blocks that don't fit their tags.
