[Suggestion] Add ability to grow big spruce tree from Dover Mountains biome

I hate cutting down trees in the Dover Mountains biome (but extends to other biomes with customized vanilla trees) because there's no way to regrow them in either Survival or Creative.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make the custom vanilla trees, like the massive spruce trees that generates in Dover Mountains, able to be grown by hand. Preferably placing spruce sapling in a 3x3 area?
Describe alternatives you've considered
They could drop special saplings, like "Large Spruce Sapling" (creative, i know)
A rare tree from placing a 2x2 saplings
Additional context'
these trees specifically, but im sure there are other customized vanilla trees in this mod.
