Create a global trusted player system that works simarly to the owner share system.
Also cleanup and refactor trusted player.

• add global trust system, access will be limited to OMTControl
• cleanup and refactor the mess that the trusted player system is now.
• rewrite OwnerShareHandler to be saved properly
• localize everything
• create a fancy GUI for all the things
• and do not forget to test it afterwards 😁
