Will the full realease of version of 1.2.2 be compatible with 1.16.3 and 1.16.4?

Currently the beta for 1.2.2 only works on 1.16.5 forge versions, and is marked as supporting 1.16.3 and 1.16.4 forge versions.

I apologize if there is a better place to ask a question like this, I just couldn't find anything after a quick look.

Uh why not just use 1.16.5
