backpack unopenable

medieval minecraft modpack
some how got a backpack that won't open not sure what i did to cause it.
tryed
- backpack open keybind
- open in hand
- open on floor/wall
is there a way to empty what was in it?
Same issue. Occurred when my backpack was completely full. Server error message is:

Other mod devs have the same issue: refinedmods/refinedstorage#2378
similar issue posted in comments, could have issues with certain items. Along with how they got the items out, but its best to look up how to use NBT editor Properly due to possibly causing bigger problems.
' I put a minecart contraption, from the create mod, inside a backpack and the backpack glitched out and won't open :(. Any way to get my stuff back? pls send help.
Edit: Ok, I managed to fix the bag by using an NBT editor to remove the contraption from it and putting it in my inventory. I will leave this here for future reference.
