I am gonna upload the first code when I have it cleaned up properly.

• fix all the walls
• fix rendering of the fences
• test if owned blocks can be properly destroyed fast by the owner
• consider adding a custom tool (maybe in OMT) for "mining" owned blocks
• add Wall variants
