I have a server running 1.10.2-3.0.0-102 and currently have an issue where some blocks I placed I am not the owner of and can't remove. I was originally trying to use a (Better Builder's Wands) builder's wand to place them, which didn't work (the blocks never appeared) but I suspect that somehow messed up the owner of some blocks, since the blocks in the area where I started to build trying to use the wand all say I do not own them. My workaround was to go into creative and destroy the blocks. It would be great if the builder's wand worked for these blocks.
