No mob has blue flame when cuaght on fire by sould fire

A description of the issue
Only player has blue flames when caught on fire by soul fire. no other mobs has blue flames

also there is a tiny glitch when you are in third person view and go into soul fire first has blue flame then it has orange fire for a frame and then become blue again
