The hotbar tooltip is raised if the entity bar is hidden.

The actual reason is that I haven't lowered it, so it's just the same position as it is with vanilla HUD 😄
But sure, I'll take a look when I'll get the time.

Fixed on 2.3.1 which should be in CF soon.
