Update "fabric" to "fabric-api"

Fabric API changed its name for clarity but currently still supports the old name for compatibility. OneBar should change it when a breaking update/major change comes along (1.20?)
Actually I only support 1.19-1.19.2 anyway and I don't want to support 1.19/1.19.1, so I can do it earlier.
