Extra emoji/letters

One user suggested adding more emoji/letters to things that don't currently have them, e.g. health and food.
Could be done as an option indeed; estimates would just not have them (e.g. ❤20 -> 16)
Technically I guess just implement the strings and add a bool in method to determine whether to use them or just the number.
